Daniel P. Sweeney
Daniel P. Sweeney received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2016, where he served as an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law School Journal of Law and Policy and participated in the Brooklyn Law School Corporate & Real Estate and Mediation Clinics. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2017.
Mr. Sweeney is well-practiced in transactional law, specializing in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and also has significant experience in the fields of both real estate and personal injury litigation.
• Real Estate: Throughout his diverse legal career, Mr. Sweeney has developed in-depth knowledge and become very proficient in the field of real estate law. He currently represents everyone from institutional lenders to individuals and commercial and residential real estate developers, in all varieties of real estate transactions.
• Personal Injury: Having spent years litigating matters arising from personal injury, Mr. Sweeney uses his knowledge and experience to navigate the complex waters of personal injury litigation, and zealously represents those seeking compensation for injuries suffered as the result of the negligence of others.
Mr. Sweeney is involved in the Brooklyn Law School Alumni Association and Loyola University Maryland Alumni Association. He is also a staunch believer in charitable and philanthropic causes, and has assisted in raising tens of thousands of dollars for multiple causes, with an emphasis on pediatric cancer and cardiac research.
